Activities of "Finex" Auditing Company in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     "Audit is an examination of the financial statements (hereinafter referred to as the “Audit”) of the legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “Audited entities”) in order to express an independent opinion on the accuracy and objectivity of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements established by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Auditing”).
     "FinEx" company was created in March 21, 1997.

     “FinEx” LLP is the first auditing company, which received an international quality management system certificate ISO 9001:2008. ID J0000047-2. (Certification Agency: American company “ORION REGISTRAR”).

     The company received a certificate of compliance of the auditing organization to the qualification requirements on the audit organizations for admission of the financial instruments on the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty authorized by the Chairman of the Agency for regulation of the activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty city dated 03.04.2008, No. 04.2-09 78.

      “FinEx” LLP included into the list of auditing organizations, complied with requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On audit activity” and the qualification requirements that apply to audit organizations to perform the statutory audits of financial institutions (established by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03.11.2006).

     “FinEx” LLP has been examined with a view to control the quality of services provided by the parent organization PAO “Chamber of Auditors of Kazakhstan”.

     In March 29, 2002 “FinEx” LLP was the first among the audit firms of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was awarded the flag of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     In January 26, 2007, an audit company “FinEx” first among auditing companies of Kazakhstan was awarded the symbol of the audit of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     Audit Company “FinEx” has all sorts of sponsorship, engaged with patronage. For the first time in the history of the Republic of Kazakhstan Auditing company “FinEx” has built in 2007 the modern beautiful mosque ATYGAI in the Semipalatinsk region on the border between Kazakhstan and Russia (Beskaragay area, Boztal village). For the first time in the history of Kazakhstan a mosque was built by a woman - Atygaeva Zekesh Zhumatovna which is the General Director of “FinEx” LLP. Opening of the mosque took place on September 7, 2007. Since then, the auditing company “FinEx” is constantly supporting ATYGAY Mosque.

     In February 2008 the auditing company “FinEx” became the general sponsor of the publication of the Federal reference book “An Audit in Russian Federation”. In February 22, 2008 awarding of the audit company “FinEx” with honorary diploma was held as a general sponsor of the special issue.

     In April 21, 2008 at the International Convention on Quality in Paris (France) the auditing company “FinEx” was awarded the Golden Star for the QC100 quality of services provided.
